Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Most US orders arrive within 7-10 business days total (3-5 processing plus 3-5 transit).

  • For international orders, shipping times vary by country and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed due to our fast fulfillment process.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, email within 2 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at incipere.help@gmail.com and we'll look into it and find a fix.

  • If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package still has not arrived, contact us at incipere.help@gmail.com

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the order has been placed. If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer may be eligible for a refund excluding the original shipping fee. The original shipping fee of $6 to $8 is non-refundable.

Refunds and Returns

All purchases and sales are final. There are no returns or size changes after the released shipment. If there are any concerns towards size, wrong product, etc. We are more than happy to help and will get back to you in a timely matter. Incipere is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting USPS for more information.

Care Instructions

  • Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent

  • Hang or lay flat to dry for best results

  • Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments
